Resources for Your Journey
Building your village, one resource at a time.
Pregnancy, birth, and parenthood were never meant to be navigated alone.
There will be questions you don’t know how to answer, moments when you need a little extra help, and seasons when you simply need someone who understands. While my role as your doula is centered around pregnancy, labor, birth, and birth follow-up, I also want to help you build a village of trusted resources you can turn to along the way.
I’ve gathered some of my favorite local and online resources for pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum support, baby care, and family wellness.
This list is intended as a starting point for your own research. In His Time does not endorse or guarantee the services of any provider listed below. Please research providers, verify credentials, insurance coverage, and services, and discuss medical concerns with your appropriate healthcare professional.

Feeding, Oral Function & Myofunctional Therapy
Sometimes feeding concerns go beyond breastfeeding technique or bottle feeding. Families may eventually encounter questions involving oral function, tongue posture, swallowing, breathing, chewing, or other patterns involving the mouth and face.
An orofacial myofunctional therapist may work as part of a larger team alongside professionals such as a pediatric dentist, speech-language pathologist, lactation professional, orthodontist, or other healthcare provider.
