Hi, I’m Michaela, the heart behind in His time.
Through my own experiences, I came to understand just how important it is for a mother to feel supported, heard, informed, and cared for before, during, and after pregnancy and birth.
That’s why I created in His time.The name is deeply personal to me. As much as we may plan for our babies’ arrivals, we ultimately don’t control when that moment comes. We can prepare our birth bags, write our birth plans, count the weeks, and wonder when labor will begin—but the timing of life and birth is ultimately in God’s hands.
“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1
That verse is a beautiful reminder that there is a time for everything—including the moment we meet the little person we’ve been waiting for.
As your doula, my role is not to tell you how your birth should happen. My role is to walk beside you, listen to you, educate you, encourage you, and help you feel confident in your choices.
I offer prenatal education, birth support, postpartum support, and breastfeeding support to families throughout Genesee and surrounding counties.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to know exactly what your birth will look like. Together, we’ll trust the journey In His Time.
